What is Covered?

Our 1-year warranty protects you against any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. If your glasses fail because of how they were made, we will make it right.

Coverage includes:

Structural Defects: Broken hinges, snapped solder points, or frame breakage not caused by impact.
Material Integrity: Spontaneous cracking of the frame or premature discoloration.
Lens Coatings: Peeling or "crazing" of the lens coatings (anti-reflective, UV, or blue-light layers) due to manufacturing errors.

What is Not Covered?

To maintain our high standards and fair pricing, this warranty does not cover damage caused by external forces or improper maintenance.

Exclusions include:

Accidental Damage: Being stepped on, dropped, or crushed.
Daily Wear & Tear: Scratches on lenses or frames that occur during normal use.
Heat Damage: Warping or coating damage caused by leaving glasses in hot environments (like a car dashboard).
Unauthorized Repairs: Damage caused by attempting to fix or modify the glasses yourself.

How to File a Warranty Claim

We’ve made our claim process as simple as possible. If you encounter a quality issue within 365 days of your purchase:

Send Photos: Attach a few clear photos showing the defect. This helps our lab team understand the issue quickly.
Resolution: Once the defect is verified, we will arrange for a repair or a one-time replacement of the same style at no cost to you.
