For prescription glasses, the total price includes the frame and the selected custom lenses. Stronger prescriptions, premium coatings, and specialty lens types may increase the final price. Frame-only orders include non-prescription demo lenses at no additional charge.

Yes. Most of our frames can be made into reading glasses, so you can choose a style you like and add the reading power you need during lens customization. If you are unsure which power to select, we recommend confirming it with an eye care professional before ordering.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Because prescription lenses are custom-made, changes may not be possible once production has started. Orders that have already shipped cannot be changed or cancelled.

We will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information after your order leaves our facility. Tracking may take a short time to update after the label is created. If you cannot find the email, check your spam folder or contact us with your order number.

We may be able to combine multiple orders if they are placed close together and none of them has shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible with all relevant order numbers. Combined shipping cannot be guaranteed once production or fulfillment has progressed.

International tracking may pause while a package is moving between carriers, passing through customs, or waiting for the next scan. Please allow additional time during busy periods. If tracking has not updated for two weeks, contact us and we will help investigate the shipment.

Your most recently used shipping address may appear as the default address for your next order. You can select or enter a different address during checkout. Please review the full name, street address, city, postal code, country, and phone number before submitting payment.

Standard prescription lenses generally require 1–3 business days for customization and quality inspection. Advanced lenses, including photochromic and progressive lenses, generally require 3–5 business days. Shipping time begins after production is complete and depends on the selected shipping method and destination.

Depending on your destination country, your order may be subject to import duties, VAT, or other local taxes when it arrives. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the customer’s responsibility. MiGAFAS does not control or collect these charges.

We currently do not offer repair services. However, eligible manufacturing defects may be covered by our 365-day free replacement warranty. Accidental damage, loss, normal wear, improper care, and issues caused by incorrect or expired prescription information are not covered.

After your return has been received, inspected, and approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.

Our 365-day warranty provides a free replacement for eligible manufacturing defects, including frame breakage under normal use, qualifying lens coating defects, and manufacturing defects in prescription lenses. It does not cover accidental damage, loss, theft, normal wear, improper care, or problems caused by incorrect or expired prescription information.

We currently do not offer a virtual try-on or home try-on service. To find a suitable frame, compare the listed frame measurements with a pair that already fits you well and use our frame-size guidance. If you need help, contact us before ordering.

Minor fit adjustments may be possible, but we recommend visiting a local optician to avoid damaging the frame. Nose pads, temple arms, and temple tips can often be adjusted for a more secure fit. Do not force cold acetate or apply excessive heat.

Yes. If your prescription requires stronger lenses, choosing a higher lens index can help reduce lens thickness and weight. The final thickness also depends on your prescription, frame size, lens shape, pupillary distance, and selected sunglass lens option.

You can get an eyeglass prescription from a local optometrist, ophthalmologist, hospital, or eye clinic. If you already have a recent and valid prescription, you can submit it when placing your order. Please make sure all values are clear and complete before production begins.

Please contact us before ordering if your prescription is incomplete, unclear, or expired. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately. We will try to update or cancel the order before production begins, but changes are not possible once production has started. Customer-provided prescription errors are not covered by our return or replacement policy.

PD is the distance between the centers of your pupils and helps position your lenses correctly. The most accurate option is to ask your eye care professional. You can also measure it at home with a millimeter ruler and a mirror, following the steps in our guide.

SPH shows the main lens power, CYL and AXIS describe astigmatism correction, ADD is extra near-vision power, and PD measures the distance between your pupils. Copy each value exactly as written and keep the right and left eye values in the correct columns.

Progressive lenses provide a smooth transition between distance, intermediate, and near vision without a visible line. Bifocal lenses normally contain two distinct viewing zones separated by a visible line. Progressives offer more viewing distances but may require a short adaptation period.

ADD means reading addition. It is extra magnifying power added to your distance prescription for near-vision tasks and is commonly used for reading glasses, bifocals, and progressive lenses. The ADD value is usually the same for both eyes unless your prescription states otherwise.

The best lens index depends mainly on your prescription strength, frame size, and desired lens thickness. Standard prescriptions may work well with a 1.50 or 1.56 index, while stronger prescriptions may benefit from a higher index for thinner and lighter lenses.
