RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Migafas, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day risk-free return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

This website (migafas.com) and the Migafas brand are officially operated by Mi Gafas Co., Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong. Our products are manufactured and shipped from our production facility in China. All returns are processed legally and transparently according to the guidelines below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

❌ Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale):
Please note that items marked as Final Sale or specific custom promotional items (including product models NF0001 and NF0002) are not eligible for returns or refunds under our standard 30-day policy unless they arrive damaged or defective.

⚠️ Prescription Accuracy Notice

Please double-check your prescription details before submitting your order. If you realize you have entered incorrect prescription information, contact us immediately at support@migafas.com.

  • Before production begins: We will do our best to modify or cancel your order at no charge.
  • After production has started: The order cannot be modified or cancelled. In this case, prescription errors caused by the customer are not eligible for returns, refunds, or free replacements under our 30-day return policy or 365-day warranty.

2. Return Shipping Costs & Responsibilities

  • Due to Our Error: If the return is due to our error (e.g., the goods received are defective, damaged, or incorrect), Migafas will fully cover the return shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label or issue a full reimbursement.
  • Due to Customer Preference: If the return is due to customer preference or unexpected issues caused by the customer, including but not limited to incorrect or invalid prescription information provided by the customer, errors made when entering prescription details during checkout, selecting an unsuitable frame size, or personally disliking the style, the consumer will be responsible for paying their own return shipping fees. Please note that prescription-related issues caused by customer error are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0) for processed returns.
  • Original Shipping Fees: Please note that any shipping fees paid when you originally placed your order are non-refundable.

3. Return Process & Address

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at support@migafas.com.

If your return is accepted, we will send you clear instructions on how and where to send your package.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Please do not automatically return the glasses to the sender's address listed on your package. Our specialized global fulfillment and quality inspection center handles all returns. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.

4. Damages, Defective Items & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us at support@migafas.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right promptly.

5. Exchanges

For product exchanges (such as a style modification), the price of the new item must be equivalent to the original one. Any price differences must be settled before shipment. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return your current item, and once the return is officially accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. 365-Day Free Replacement Warranty

In addition to our 30-day return policy, MiGAFAS offers a 365-day free replacement guarantee on manufacturing defects. If your eyeglasses develop a manufacturing defect within 365 days of your purchase date, we will replace them at no charge.

This warranty covers:

  • Frame breakage under normal use
  • Lens coating peeling or cracking (not caused by improper cleaning)
  • Manufacturing defects in prescription lenses

This warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage (drops, scratches from misuse)
  • Loss or theft
  • Damage caused by improper cleaning or storage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Issues arising from an incorrect or invalid prescription provided by the customer, including but not limited to: wrong prescription values, outdated prescriptions, or errors made by the customer when entering prescription information during checkout

7. Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and thoroughly inspected your returned package, and let you know if the refund was approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional processing time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us immediately at support@migafas.com.
