How to Return Your Glasses?
Below are several clear and concise instructions:
Within 30 days of receiving your eyeglasses, please contact us via email at support@migafas.com. All returns must be sent back in their original condition—unworn and unused.
Please package the eyeglasses securely and include a note with your full name, order number, and a brief explanation of the reason for return.
Migafas deeply regrets any loss of eyeglasses during transit. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you return the item using a trackable shipping method. Once you have shipped the glasses to us, please send us the tracking number.
Regarding Returns:

Return Address:
We use different return addresses depending on the order. Do not return the eyeglasses to the sender’s address indicated on the original package. If you do, we will not receive your return, and no further processing can be performed. Instead, please ship your return to the address specified on the prepaid return shipping label provided to you, or to the address explicitly given by our Customer Service team. -
Non-Migafas Items:
Please ensure that your return package does not inadvertently contain any items that are not Migafas products. We will not be responsible for returning such items to you. -
Tracking Notification:
After you have returned the item, please contact Customer Service and provide the tracking number of your return shipment so we can expedite the next steps of the process.
Important Note on Return Shipping Costs:
We do not cover the cost of return shipping, except where required by law or when the return is due to our responsibility (e.g., shipping errors on our part). You are responsible for all return postage fees unless otherwise specified below.

- Shipping delays attributable to us
- Incorrect items shipped

- Change of mind (e.g., “I don’t like it”)
- Incorrect frame size selection
- Errors in prescription or shipping address provided by the customer
