Select your lens type
You can click "Select Lenses" to start choosing your lenses,
or you can select "Buy Frame Only" to add to cart and proceed directly to checkout.
STEP 4
Enter your prescription information
You can enter your prescription information online,
or you can choose to email your prescription to us later.

Select your preferred lens features and index

STEP 6
Review your product details
After filling in your prescription information, please review your details to ensure that everything is selected and entered correctly.
STEP 7
Proceed to checkout and enter your email address
After confirming your prescription and product information, proceed to the checkout page and enter your email address or sign in to track your order and logistics.
STEP 8
Enter shipping address and payment method
Enter your detailed shipping address, then select a payment method to submit.

I don't have a prescription. Can I still place an order?
You can select a frame and choose "Buy Frame Only" for now, then contact us to submit your prescription later. Alternatively, you can select "Email us your prescription later" during the prescription step and send it to support@migafas.com after placing your order.
I don't know my PD (Pupillary Distance). What should I do?
You can measure it yourself by following our How to Measure PD guide, or ask your optician.
Can I submit a photo or scanned copy of my prescription?
Yes! Simply send the image to support@migafas.com and our team will help verify the details.
About Lens Selection
Which lens index should I choose?
A higher index means thinner and lighter lenses, which is recommended for stronger prescriptions. Check out our Lens Index Guide for more details.
What's the difference between progressive lenses and single vision lenses?
Progressive lenses are ideal for those who need correction for both distance and near vision (including presbyopia), eliminating the need for multiple pairs of glasses. Single vision lenses correct for one focal distance only.
Can I order frames without lenses?
Absolutely! Simply select "Buy Frame Only" in Step 3.
About Orders & Changes
I entered the wrong prescription after placing my order. What should I do?
Please contact us at support@migafas.com as soon as possible. We can make changes before production begins, but modifications are not possible once manufacturing has started.
Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, please email us as soon as possible and we'll update it before the order is dispatched.
How can I track my order?
Visit our Order Tracking page or log in to your account to check your order status.
About Shipping & Returns
How long does it take to make and deliver prescription glasses?
Please contact us at support@migafas.com as soon as possible. We can make changes before production begins, but modifications are not possible once manufacturing has started.
What if I'm not happy with my glasses or they feel uncomfortable to wear?
We offer a 365-day warranty covering damage to frames and lenses — if your frames or lenses are damaged, we'll replace them for free. If you'd like to return your order, return shipping costs will be covered by the customer. Please note that returns are not accepted for issues caused by incorrect prescription information submitted at the time of ordering. For full details, please refer to our Refund Policy. Do I get free shipping on my first order?
